VideoMyJob is looking for a leader to develop and execute our Customer Success strategy. You will drive video adoption and provide outstanding service to recruiters, talent acquisition and HR professionals in 40+ countries.
As Head of Customer Success, you’ll be responsible for heading up and building our customer-facing teams, embedding new processes at scale and be accountable for customer activation and churn. You will report to the CEO and have a seat at the table with other key leaders, shaping the direction of a high-growth startup on a mission to bring jobs to life with video.
- Defining, creating and executing the customer success strategy
- Customer onboarding, adoption and retention; owning churn metrics and renewal revenue targets
- CS initiatives and management of the customer journey, identifying improvement and innovation opportunities
- Building a passionate, customer-centric team of activation and adoption specialists
